Abstract

Silver sulfadiazine is a topical medicine that belongs to sulfa antibiotics class of drugs and used in treating wound infections in burn patients. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the various properties of silver sulfadiazine with the help of modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts; the first part was not given any treatment and considered as a control sample, while the second part was provided the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by the Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak remotely, named as the treated sample. The powder XRD data showed significant alterations in the peak intensities of the treated sample ranging from-30.71% to 47.54% compared to the control sample. The crystallite size was altered ranging from -78.12% to 1.47%; and the average crystallite size was significantly reduced by 31.62% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle sizes were decreased in the treated sample by 12.75%(d10), 4.98%(d50), 0.89%(d90), and 2.92%{D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 17.31% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were profoundly increased by 24.62% and 156.28%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was increased by 3.08% and the residue amount was reduced by 4.44% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated sample might form a new polymorph of silver sulfadiazine that possesses reduced particle size and improved thermal properties compared to the untreated sample. Therefore, the Biofield Energy treated sample can be used in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulation, which would show a better bioavailability and therapeutic response against various infections in comparison to the control sample.

Evaluation of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Berberine Chloride Using PXRD, PSA, and DSC Analysis

Abstract

Berberine is one of the well-known traditional Chinese medicines and it has been significantly effective against various ailments. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on its physicochemical properties by using PXRD, PSA, TGA/DTG, and DSC analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts; the first part was considered as a control sample (without treatment), while the second part was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by the Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and denoted as the treated sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered ranging from -28.78% to 115.15% and - 15.76% to 241.38%, respectively; however the average crystallite size was increased significantly by 23.05% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle sizes were significantly increased by 16.89% (d10), 34.41% (d50), 21.88% (d90), and 22.85 % {D (4,3)}, which resulted in the significant increase in the specific surface area by 14.74% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The thermal analysis indicated 3.98% increase in weight loss and 3.64% decrease in the residue weight of the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th peaks of the treated sample were significantly altered by 224.78%, 7.93%, 8.92%, - 9.05%, -45.82%, and 10.93%, respectively, compared to the control sample. The overall analysis indicated that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated berberine chloride might possess better solubility, absorption, and thermal stability compared to the untreated sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect® could be used in improving the bioavailability of berberine chloride and might be used for designing the novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations to combat various diseases.

Abstract

Sulfamethoxazole is a broad spectrum antibiotic that acts as a bacteriostatic antibacterial agent. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of sulfamethoxazole with the help of advanced analytical techniques. Sulfamethoxazole sample was divided into two parts. Among these, one part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as the treated sample. While the other part did not receive the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment called a control sample. The study revealed that the particle size values in the treated sample were significantly reduced by 19.71% (d10), 6.28 % (d50), 5.40 % (d90), and 7.98 % {D (4, 3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 12.63% compared with the untreated sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered significantly ranging from -32.49% to 120.17% and 0.45% to 101.86%, respectively; whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 33.13% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The TGA data reported 8.35% increase in total weight loss and 19.55% significant reduction of the residual amount in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion was significantly increased by 10.34% and the degradation temperature along with the corresponding latent heat of decomposition of the treated sample was increased by 5.52% and 11.16%, respectively compared with the untreated sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have created a new polymorphic form of sulfamethoxazole which would be better soluble and bioavailable compared with the untreated sample. The Trivedi Effect Treated sulfamethoxazole might be more beneficial for designing more efficacious novel nutraceutical / pharmaceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of various diseases such as urinary tract infections, ear infections

Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Cefazolin Sodium: A Complementary and Alternative Medicine

Abstract

Cefazolin is a semisynthetic broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic useful for the treatment of a number of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial infections. The objective of this research work was to evaluate the impact of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect® ) on the physicochemical, and thermal properties of cefazolin sodium powder using modern analytical techniques. Cefazolin powder sample was divided into two parts. One part of the sample was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the other part of the sample was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated cefazolin sodium were decreased by 5.98%(d10), 3.55%(d50), 6.66%(d90), and 5.89%{D(4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area increased by 4.54% compared to the control sample. The latent heat of evaporation and decomposition was significantly altered by 57.32% and - 24.39% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 68.92% and the residue amount was significantly increased by 519.64% in the treated cefazolin sodium sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the 1st and 2nd peaks of the treated sample was increased by 8.72% and 1.42%, respectively compared to the control sample. The Trivedi Effect® -Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have generated a new form of cefazolin sodium which would offer better solubility, dissolution rate, bioavailability, and thermal stability compared to the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treated cefazolin sodium would be very useful to design more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, cellulitis, pneumonia, endocarditis, joint infection, biliary tract infections, blood infections, genital infections, and also prevent group B streptococcal disease at the time of delivery and before surgery, etc.

Abstract

Chromium trioxide (CrO3 ) has many industrial applications for the manufacturing of aerospace parts, synthetic rubies, stripping agent, etc. but it is very hygroscopic, toxic and powerful oxidizing material. The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of CrO3 using modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts, one part of the test sample was considered as the control sample (no Biofield Treatment was provided), while another portion received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as the treated sample. The particle size values of the treated CrO3 were increased by 2.39%, 4.52%, 4.42%, and 4.15% at d10, d50, d90, and D(4,3), respectively compared to the control sample. Thus, the specific surface area of the treated CrO3 was decreased by 4.27% compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities of the treated CrO3 were significantly altered ranging from -73.48% to 212.5% compared with the control sample. Similarly, the crystallite sizes of the treated sample were significantly altered ranging from -38.7% to 167.39% compared to the control sample. However, the average crystallite size of the treated sample was increased by 4.25% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated sample was significantly increased by 556.45% compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might produce a new polymorphic form of CrO3 which would be better powder flowability and lower solubility; hence it will show the lower absorption and toxicity on inhalation, ingestion, contact to skin and eye, chronic exposure, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. The Biofield Energy Treated CrO3 sample would be very useful for the ceramic industry manufacturing the synthetic rubies, stripping agent of anodic coatings, aerospace parts, etc.

Abstract

Silver oxide possesses antimicrobial properties and also has numerous applications in space research, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It is not readily soluble in most of the solvents and highly sensitive to light. Thus, this study was executed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver oxide using PSA, PXRD, and DSC analytical techniques. The test sample was divided into two parts: one part was control sample and the other part was treated sample. The control sample did not receive Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas the treated sample received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values of the treated silver oxide powder were significantly decreased at d10, d50, d90, and D(4,3) by 9.507%, 4.957%, 3.463%, and 4.787% respectively, thus the specific surface area was significantly increased by 7.647% compared with the control sample. The peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered from -91.53% to 26.92% and -69.76% to 8.83%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 35.62% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated silver oxide were significantly increased by 2.47% and 538.57%, respectively compared with the control sample. The results suggested that the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment might have introduced a new polymorphic form of silver oxide which would show better solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, bioavailability, and thermal stability. The treated silver oxide would be more efficacious as a medicine in the body and also advantageous for the pharmaceutical, space, chemical, nuclear submarine, optoelectronic industry when using it as a raw material

The lead metal is used for different purposes, i.e. contraceptive, cosmetics, ornaments, glasses, glazes, enamels, writing material, currency, construction, lead-acid battery, etc. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of lead using PXRD, PSA, and DSC analysis. The lead sample was divided into control and treated parts. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment, whereas the treated sample received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -60.54% to -37.5% and -17.86% to 177.74%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 138.96% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The particle size values were significantly increased by 59.62% (d10), 118.05% (d50), 1976.76% (d90) and 1045.85% {D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 51.15% in the Biofield Treated lead sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion was significantly increased by 15.53% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of lead which could have better powder flowability and more thermal stability compared with the untreated sample. Abstract

Selenium (Se) is an essential micronutrient, which has various physiological functions and also required for the prevention and treatment of Se deficiency diseases. The objective of the research work was to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of Se powder using PSA, PXRD, and DSC analytical technique. The Se powder sample was divided into two parts. One part of Se was called as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values of the treated Se powder were significantly decreased by 17.51%(d10), 13.26%(d50), 8.68%(d90), and 11.24%{D(4,3)}; therefore, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 17.68% compared to the control sample. The Powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated Se were significantly altered ranging from -18.14% to 2.19% and -4.3% to 14.29% respectively; however, the average crystallite size was increased by 1.54% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated Se was significantly increased by 10.33% compared with the control sample. All results concluded that a new polymorphic form of Se might have generated after the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment which may be better soluble, bioavailable, and thermally more stable compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect® Treated selenium would be more efficacious nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of cancer, type-2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, viral diseases, stress, aging, muscle disorders, male infertility, neurological disorders, degenerative ailments, etc.

The latent heat of fusion was significantly increased by 6.53% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect® might be responsible for the generation of the new polymorphic form of lead which could have better powder flowability, and more thermally stable compared with the untreated sample. The Biofield Energy Treated sample might reduce the lead poisoning of the people continuously associated with the industries manufacturing paint, pipe, food, and alloys. The thermally stable treated lead also be advantageous for the metal industry.

Study of the Effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Natural Product Berberine Chloride

Abstract

Berberine chloride is an isoquinoline alkaloid that has antimicrobial activity against bacteria, viruses, chlamydia, fungi, protozoans, and helminths, etc. The study was designed with the aim to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of berberine chloride by using modern analytical techniques. For this study, the berberine chloride sample was divided into two parts among which, one part was named as control as no Biofield Energy Treatment was given to it; while the other part received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and named as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. The PXRD results revealed some changes in the Bragg’s angle of peaks along with 7.24% to 188.78% alterations in the peak intensities and -65.88% to 135.42% changes in the crystallite sizes of the treated sample. Also, there was 1.91% decrease in the average crystallite size of the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle size of the treated sample was significantly reduced by 20.16% (d10), 17.21% (d50), 27.53% (d90), and 27.36% {D(4,3)}; along with 15.31% increase in the specific surface area compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly reduced by 25.81%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 55.04% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. Besides, the DSC thermogram showed four peaks, in which the peak temperatures of the treated sample corresponding to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th peak were altered by -2.26%, 3.55%, 4.50%, and -0.69%, respectively. Moreover, the latent heat for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th peak of the treated sample were significantly reduced by 24.04%, 42.44%, 44.26%, and 47.78%, respectively, compared with the control sample. The results showed that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might help in improving the solubility, absorption, and bioavailability of berberine chloride compared with the control sample. Withania somnifera (WS) is a popular health supplement, which is used in many neutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations for the overall good health, improves the quality of life, along with the prevention and treatment of numerous diseases. In this study, the impact of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of WS root extract was evaluated using modern analytical techniques. The test sample WS root extract was divided and termed as control and Biofield Energy Treated sample. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas, the treated WS root extract received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values of the treated WS root extract powder sample were altered by -7.92% (d10), -5.32% (d50), and -0.36% (d90) 1.02% {D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 5.31% compared with the control sample. The evaporation temperature and latent heat of evaporation of the treated WS root extract were significantly increased by 11.24% and 21.34%, respectively compared with the control sample. The total weight loss in the treated WS root extract was decreased by 4.3%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 25.02% compared with the control sample. The experimental results concluded that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have altered particle size, surface area, and thermal properties of WS root extract which would show better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability, and thermal stability compared to the control sample. This new form of WS root extract would be helpful to design more efficacious neutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for rejuvenate the body, restricting the aging process, immune busting, neuro-protection, antioxidant, inflammation, memory loss, insomnia, hepatoprotection, hypoglycemia, gastrointestinal issues, constipation, arthritis, cancer, skin conditions, Alzheimer's, Huntington's, and Parkinson's disorders, etc.

Abstract

Hydroxypropyl ?-Cyclodextrin (HPBCD) used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries, as well as environmental, and agriculture engineering. But the major issue related to HPBCD is the low solubility profile. In this study, the influence of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical properties of HPBCD was evaluated using spectroscopic and calorimetric analytical techniques. The test sample (HPBCD) was divided into control sample and treated sample. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment. Whereas, the treated sample received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values of the treated sample were decreased by 3.28%(d10), 1.36%(d50), 0.45%(d90), and 1.04%{D(4,3)}; therefore, the specific surface area was increased by 1.9% compared with the control sample. The evaporation temperature of the treated HPBCD sample was significantly decreased by 19.89%; however, the latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of fusion were significantly increased by 56.27% and 47.41%, respectively compared with the control sample. The total weight loss in the treated HPBCD was decreased by 5.11%; whereas, the residue amount was significantly 309.67% more compared to the control sample. The results indicated that the Trivedi Effect® might have produced a new form of HPBCD which may show better thermal stability, solubility, dissolution rate, and bioavailability. This new form of HPBCD would be more useful for improvement of solubility of the lipophilic drug, preparation of cholesterol free food products, weight loss supplements, anti-obesity medication, stabilize volatile and unstable compounds, and other manufacturing industry using it as a raw material.

Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of an Anticancer Drug 6-Mercaptopurine

Abstract

Mercaptopurine is an antineoplastic chemotherapy drug is used for the treatment of cancer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune diseases, etc. In this scientific study, the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of 6-mercaptopurine was evaluated using the modern analytical technique. The test sample 6-Mercaptopurine powder was divided and named into control and treated sample. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas, the treated sample received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values in the treated 6-mercaptopurine sample were significantly decreased by 10.18% (d10), 10.59% (d50), 7.62% (d90), and 9.17% {D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 10.28% compared to the control sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated 6-mercaptopurine were significantly altered ranging from -43.40% to 23.33% and -37.09% to 136.67%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 11.04% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of fusion of the treated 6- mercaptopurine were significantly increased by 11.81% and 14.97% compared with the control sample. The total residue amount was significantly increased by 6.44% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd peaks of the treated sample was altered by 1.55%, 0.18%, and -1.29% compared with the control sample. It was concluded that the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of 6-mercaptopurine which would offer better solubility, absorption, and bioavailability compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treated 6-mercaptopurine would be more efficacious against acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and autoimmune diseases.

Abstract

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that needs to be supplemented through protein-rich diet and it helps in growth and nitrogen balance in the humans. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the L-tryptophan in terms of its physicochemical and thermal properties by using modern analytical techniques. The method involved dividing the test sample into two parts and providing the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment to one part (named as Biofield Energy Treated sample), remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi; while the other part didn’t receive any treatment called a control sample. The particle size values of the treated sample was increased by 4.77% (d10), 6.37% (d50), 6.72% (d90), and 6.49% {D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was increased by 4.35% compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated sample were significantly altered ranging from -82.69% to 30.54% and -17.15% to 179.73%, respectively, in comparison to the control sample. The total weight loss of the treated sample was significantly reduced by 11.60% during the heating process that resulted in a significant increase in the residual amount of the sample by 1093.33% as compared to the control sample. The melting temperature and the latent heat of fusion of the treated sample were significantly increased by 1.12% and 6.79%, respectively, compared to the untreated sample. Hence, the L-tryptophan might form a new polymorph after the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment that may possess better solubility and bioavailability profile along with improved thermal stability compared with the untreated sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment could be considered as a novel approach for designing the formulations with improved drug profile and efficacy. Abstract

Sulfamethoxazole is an antibiotic, which inhibits the bacteria by interfering in its folic acid synthesis mechanism. The objective of this study was to analyze the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of sulfamethoxazole by using modern analytical techniques. The sulfamethoxazole sample was classified as control and treated samples. The control sample did not receive the Biofield Treatment, while the treated sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle sizes of the treated sample were significantly reduced by 7.99% (d10), 3.05% (d50), 3.80% (d90), and 3.03%{D(4,3)}; whereas, the specific surface area of the particles was increased by 5.19% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered ranging from -70.86% to 52.36% and -6.01% to 75.34%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 27.28% in the treated sulfamethoxazole compared with the control sample. The sample residual amount and maximum thermal degradation temperature were increased by 2.13% and 4.21%, respectively, in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature and latent heat of decomposition were increased by 3.26% and 19.36%, respectively, in the treated sample compared to the untreated sample. The Biofield Treated sulfamethoxazole might convert to a novel polymorph of the drug, with reduced particle size, increased surface area, and improved thermal stability. This can be helpful in improving the solubility, bioavailability, and stability of the sulfamethoxazole and would be more efficacious for the treatment of infections in the ear, urinary tract infections, traveler’s diarrhoea, bronchitis, shigellosis, and pneumonia, etc.

Abstract

Cholecalciferol is a steroid hormone (7-dehydroxycholesterol), which helps in the absorption of dietary minerals like zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphate and also responsible for other biological activity. In this research study, the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of cholecalciferol was evaluated using the modern analytical technique. The cholecalciferol test sample was divided into two parts. One of the test samples was considered as a control sample, which did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas, the other part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated cholecalciferol powder sample were significantly decreased by 78.94% (d10), 26.21% (d50), 22.01% (d90), and 29.04% {D (4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area of the treated cholecalciferol was significantly increased by 174.12% compared to the control sample. The XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated cholecalciferol powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -44.37% to 370.49% and -74.48% to 91.52%, respectively; therefore, the average crystallite size of the treated cholecalciferol was significantly decreased by 36.21% compared to the control cholecalciferol. The latent heat of fusion of the treated cholecalciferol was significantly increased by 25.89% compared to the control cholecalciferol. The weight loss was decreased by 1.48%; whereas, the residue amount was significantly increased by 107.02% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment generated a new polymorphic form of cholecalciferol which might offer better solubility, absorption, bioavailability, and be thermally more stable compared with the control sample. Henceforth, the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated cholecalciferol would be more beneficial to maintain the overall quality of life and it would be more useful in designing novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic responses against deficiency of vitamin D, osteoporosis, rickets, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, cancer, mental disorders, multiple sclerosis, etc.

Abstract

L-cysteine is an essential amino acid that helps in improving the overall health status of humans. The objective of the study was to determine the impact on the physicochemical and thermal properties of L-cysteine after the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment using modern analytical techniques. The control sample was kept without any treatment, while the Biofield Treatment was given to the treated sample remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values were significantly reduced by 11.96%(d10), 9.01%(d50), 4.92%(d90), and 7.66% [D (4, 3)], thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 14.28% of the treated L-cysteine compared to the control sample. The peak intensities and crystallite sizes were altered ranging from -86.73% to 456.65% and -4.91% to 451.22% respectively, however, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 87.58% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of decomposition for the 1st and 2nd peak of the treated sample was increased by 12.77% and 5.42% respectively, compared with the control sample. The weight loss was increased by 9.35%; however, the residual weight was significantly reduced by 85.32% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the treated sample was increased by 2.87% compared to the control sample. Hence, the Biofield Energy Treated L-cysteine might show better solubility, dissolution, bioavailability, and be more thermal stability in the pharmaceutical formulations, which would be more efficacious in the treatment of diabetes, cancer, psychosis, and seizures compared to the control sample

Abstract

Cefazolin is a broad-spectrum first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, used for the treatment of a number of bacterial infections. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, and thermal properties of cefazolin sodium powder using modern analytical techniques. The test sample cefazolin sodium was divided into two parts. One part of the test sample was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), whereas the other part was treated with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated sample were significantly decreased by 3.95%(d10), 2.63%(d50), 13.02%(d90), and 21.7% {D (4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was increased by 5% compared to the control sample. The decomposition temperature of the treated cefazolin was increased by 4.84 compared to the control sample. Similarly, the latent heat of evaporation of two peaks and decomposition was significantly increased by 56.81%, 225.38%, and 261.84% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 2.7%; however, the residual amount was significantly increased by 28.59% in the treated cefazolin compared with the control sample. A new form of cefazolin sodium might have generated after Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment which may offer better solubility, dissolution rate, bioavailability, and thermal stability compared to the control sample. The treated cefazolin sodium would be more efficacious pharmaceutical formulations against respiratory tract infections, cellulitis, urinary tract infections, joint infection, biliary tract infections, pneumonia, endocarditis, genital infections, blood infections, etc

Abstract

Selenium is an essential micronutrient which is useful for various biological functions in the body, as well as prevention and treatment of selenium deficiency-related diseases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the physicochemical and thermal properties of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatedselenium using the modern analytical technique. The test sample was divided into two parts viz. control and treated sample. The control sample did not receive Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas the treated sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -21.59 to 412.20% and -6.90% to 40.68% respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 5.44% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The particle size values were altered by -4.54%(d10), 0.92%(d50), 1.18%( d90), and 0.66%{D(4,3)}, respectively, thus the specific surface area was increased by 2.48% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated selenium were increased by 0.27% and 5.94%, respectively compared with the control sample. The residue amount was increased by 3.83% in the treated selenium compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the treated sample was significantly increased by 14.94% compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of selenium which would be more efficacious against diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, viral diseases, male infertility, stress, aging, muscle disorders, neurological disorders, degenerative ailments, etc

Abstract

Chromium TriOxide (CrO3) is an inorganic compound which has many industrial applications, but it is very hygroscopic, toxic and a powerful oxidizer. The objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of CrO3 using modern analytical techniques. The CrO3 test sample was separated into two parts. One part of the test sample was called as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the second part of chromium trioxide sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated CrO3 were significantly altered ranging from -63.06% to 357.95% and -41.82% to 420%, respectively; thus, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 70.46% compared with the control sample. The particle size values of the treated CrO3 were significantly increased by 434.85% (d10), 17.61% (d50), and 19.72% {D(4,3)}, respectively; therefore, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 80.56% compared with the control.The latent heat of fusion of the treated CrO3 was significantly increased by 33.18% compared with the control sample. The experimental results indicated that the Trivedi Effect® -Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might include a new polymorphic form of CrO3 which would show better powder flowability and lower solubility. It may lower the absorption, bioavailability and toxicity of CrO3 on inhalation, ingestion, chronic exposure, contact to skin and eye, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Along with the Biofield Energy Treated CrO3 would be veryuseful to the manufacturing industry.
