Abstract

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that helps in growth in infants and aids nitrogen balancing in adults, etc. This study helps in evaluating the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of L-tryptophan with the help of various analytical techniques. One part of L-tryptophan sample didn’t receive any treatment and was called the control sample, while the other part was given the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and named as the treated sample. The particle size values were significantly altered by -43.95%(d10), -6.28%(d50), 9.97%(d90), and 10.36%[D(4,3)]; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 51.61% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -61.17% to 385.06% and -48.52% to 3.76% respectively, however, the average crystallite size was significantly reduced by 26.03% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly increased by 17.35%; additionally, the residual amount was significantly reduced by 83.95% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The ?Hfusion was significantly increased by 10.43% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. Thus, the Biofield Treatment produced the novel polymorph of L-tryptophan that might give better solubility, bioavailability, and thermal stability in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations with and an improved drug profile.

Abstract

Selenium is an essential micronutrient required for healthy metabolism, as well as prevention, and treatment of selenium deficiency diseases. The experiment aimed to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of selenium using modern analytical techniques. The selenium sample was divided into two parts, one part of the test sample was called the control sample, while the second part of the test sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak, and was called the treated sample. The particle size values were significantly decreased by 37.69% (d10), 14.36% (d50), 4.31% (d90), and 11.58% [D(4,3)], hence, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 33.64% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from 5.23% to 100% and 75% to 111.7%, respectively; whereas 7.81% significantly decreased the average crystallite size in the treated sample than the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated sample was significantly increased by 12.37% compared with the control sample. The results suggested that the Trivedi Effect® might generate a new polymorphic form of selenium which would offer better solubility, bioavailability and be thermally more stable compared with the control sample. The Biofield Treated selenium would be more useful to design novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations and might offer an enhanced therapeutic response against cardiovascular disease, cancer, neuromuscular disorders, diabetes, stress, aging, male infertility, viral diseases, degenerative ailments, etc.

Evaluation of the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of the Biofield Energy Healing Treated Ofloxacin

Abstract

Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic useful for the treatment of many Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial infections. The objective of this research work was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of ofloxacin using modern analytical techniques. The sample was divided into two parts. One part of ofloxacin was considered as the control sample (no biofield energy treatment was provided), whereas the second part was received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was termed as the treated sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from 7.45 % to 73.06 % and -44.1 % to 77.95 %, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle size values were significantly altered at d10 (-19.47 %), d50 (1.14 %), d90 (-8.70%), and D (4, 3) (-10.20%); whereas, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 15.66 % in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition of the treated ofloxacin were significantly increased by 16.24 % and 88.03 %, respec-tively compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 6.21 %; additionally, the residue amount was significantly increased by 47.16 % in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. Thus, the Trivedi Effect® might generate a new polymorphic form of ofloxacin which would be more soluble, bioavailable, and be thermally more stable compared with the untreated sample. The Biofield Treated ofloxacin would be more efficacious against urinary tract infections, infections of the urethra and cervix, infectious diarrhoea, pneumonia, cellulitis, chronic bronchitis, prostatitis, plague, etc.

Abstract

L-cysteine is an essential amino acid and the basic building block of glutathione (denoted as the mother of all antioxidants). The aim of the study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of L-cysteine. The test sample was divided into control and treated samples. No treatment was given to the control sample, while the other portion remotely received the Biofield Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton, and was termed as the treated sample. The particle size values were significantly reduced by 10.78%(d10), 13.46%(d50), 14.84%(d90), and 13.95%{D(4, 3)}, thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 14.28% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -79.18% to 335.64% and -82.68% to 294.32%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly reduced by 42.93% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of decomposition corresponding to 1st and 2nd peak of the treated sample was significantly reduced by 18.84% and 7.05%, respectively, compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was reduced by 2.53%; however, the residue weight was significantly increased by 784.73% in the treated sample in contrast to the control sample. Thus, the Biofield Treated L-cysteine might be more efficacious and advantageous to prepare pharmaceutical/nutraceutical dosage forms with improved solubility and bioavailability profile compared to the untreated sample, which can be used against various diseases/disorders such as bronchitis, COPD, psychosis, stress, aging, etc.

Abstract

Ashwagandha root extract is a well-known popular health supplement, which is used in many nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations for the prevention and treatment of various diseases. This study was performed to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect on the physicochemical and thermal properties of ashwagandha root extract using modern analytical techniques. One part of the test sample was considered as the control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment), where as the second part was treated with Biofield Energy remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was labelled as the treated sample. The particle size values were significantly decreased by 36.96%(d10), 20.26%(d50), 8.95%(d90), and 11.25%{D(4,3)} thus the specific surface area was significantly increased by 27.85% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The evaporation temperature and latent heat of evaporation of the treated sample were significantly decreased by 14.37% and 84.09%, respectively compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was increased by 11.37%; however, the residue amount was 73.67% less in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment created a new form of ashwagandha root extract which can be used for designing new nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of insomnia, hypoglycemia, Huntington's, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disorders, etc.

Abstract

Flutamide is used primarily to treat the prostate cancer, which blocks the action of exogenous testosterone by binding to the androgen receptor. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of flutamide using the modern analytical technique. The flutamide sample was divided into control and treated part. The control part did not receive any Energy Treatment, while the treated part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -29.24% to 1.79% and 0.44% to 31.21% respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 19.13% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The particle size values were altered by 0.12%(d10) 2.9%(d50), 7.52%(d90), and 5.81%{D(4,3)}, thus, the specific surface area was decreased by 0.55% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated sample were increased by 0.63% and 5.31%, respectively compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 1.19%; however, the residue amount was increased by 1.18% in the treated flutamide compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of flutamide which would be more efficacious in the pharmaceutical formulations for the treatment of prostate cancer.

Impact of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)

Abstract

Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin, which helps in the absorption of minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and phosphate and also responsible for other biological activity. The aim of the research work was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical, thermal, and behavioral properties of vitamin D3 using PSA, PXRD, DSC, and TGA/DTG analytical technique. The vitamin D3 powder sample was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was considered as control (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), while the other part was treated with the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated vitamin D3 powder sample were significantly decreased by 21.46%, 18.29%, 17.87%, and 18.11% at d10, d50, d90, and D(4,3) compared to the control sample. Thus, the specific surface area of the treated sample (0.0317 m2/g) was significantly increased by 16.97% compared to the control sample (0.0271 m2/g). The PXRD data showed that the peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated vitamin D3 powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -85.18% to 286.11% and -62.06% to 237%, respectively compared to the control sample. The average crystallite size of the treated sample (339.92 nm) was significantly decreased by 6.94% compared with the control sample (365.25 nm). The melting point and latent heat of fusion of the treated sample were slightly increased by 0.49% and 1.01%, respectively compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 0.83%; hence the residue amount was significantly increased by 42.09% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature was significantly increased by 9.82% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment generates a new polymorphic form of vitamin D3 which might offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, bioavailability, and be thermally more stable compared with the control sample. Hence, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 would be more beneficial to maintain the overall quality of life and increase the intestinal absorption of several vital minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and phosphate in the body. Similarly, it would be very much useful in designing novel nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic responses against hypovitaminosis D, rickets, osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, cancer, mental disorders, infections, multiple sclerosis, etc.

Abstract

Silver oxide (Ag2O) has the antimicrobial properties, which is insoluble in most of the solvents and sensitive to light. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of Ag2O powder using modern analytical techniques. The Ag2O sample was divided into two parts, one part of the sample was considered as the control sample, whereas the other part of the sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values were significantly decreased by 26.70% (d10), 20.67% (d50), 18.7% (d90), and 20.57% [D(4,3)], hence, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 32.33% in the treated Ag2O sample than control sample. PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered from -94.93% to 6.18% and -54.19% to 54.89%, respectively, however, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 14.66% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated Ag2O was significantly decreased by 61.12% compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly increased by 49.34%, hence, the residue amount was 4.05% less in the treated sample than the control sample. These results suggested that the Trivedi Effect® might introduce a new polymorphic form of Ag2O which would offer better solubility, absorption, and bioavailability of the pharmaceutical formulations and also be advantageous for the pharmaceutical industry when using it as a raw material.

Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment: Impact on the Physicochemical and Thermal Characteristics of Folic Acid

Abstract

Folic acid is essential in the body for the production of DNA and also plays various vital functions within the body. This study on folic acid was done to analyze the results of the Trivedi Effect® on its physicochemical and thermal properties with the help of analytical techniques. The method involves dividing the test sample into two parts. The first part was termed as a control sample, and no treatment was given to it; while the second part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and termed as the treated sample. The study revealed that the particle sizes reduced by 2.86%(d10), 6.34%(d50), 17.22%(d90), and 11.30%{D(4,3)}, thus increased the surface area by 1.72%, in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The PXRD data showed changes in the peak intensities and crystallite sizes ranging from -36.81% to 113.41% and -15.79% to 318%, respectively, thus increased in the average crystallite size by 22.55% of the treated sample compared with the control sample. The TGA analysis of the treated sample revealed a 3.94% increase in total weight loss that resulted in the remarkable reduction in the residual amount by 14.99%, in comparison to the untreated sample. The latent heat of fusion (?Hfusion) and latent heat of decomposition (?Hdegradation) were significantly altered by -10.33% and 10.46%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the untreated sample. The study denoted that the Biofield Energy Treatment is a novel approach that could be used to develop some polymorph of folic acid and that might improve its solubility, dissolution, and bioavailability in comparison to the control sample. Hence, the treated folic acid in the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations might be useful concerning better drug performance and efficacy.

Influence of the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Metronidazole

Metronidazole is an antibiotic useful for the treatment of vaginosis, trichomoniasis, giardiasis, etc., which are caused by the bacteria and parasites. The research work aimed to estimate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of metronidazoleusing modern analytical techniques. The test sample metronidazole was divided into control and treated sample. The control sample did not receive Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas the treated sample received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values were significantly increased by 14.37% (d10), 9.94% (d50), 7.9% (d90), and 9.41% [D(4,3)]; hence, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 10.58% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -97.25% to 401.64% and -63.08% to 344.35%, respectively, however, average crystallite size was significantly increased by 24.4% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and latent heat of decomposition were significantly increased by 7.64% and 12.13%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased by 1.34%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 76.46% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treatment might generate a new polymorphic form of metronidazole which would offer better powder flow ability and more thermos table compared with the control sample. The treated metronidazole would be very useful in designing better pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic responses against the bacterial infections in the vagina, stomach, liver, skin, joints, brain, and respiratory tract, aspiration pneumonia, fungating wounds, rosacea, abdominal infections, periodontitis, amoebiasis, etc.

Hydroxypropyl ?-Cyclodextrin (HP ?-CD) is having a lot of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical industries, also in the field of environmental and agriculture engineering. This study evaluated the influence of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of HP ?-CD using modern analytical techniques. The test sample was divided into control and treated parts. The control part did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas, the treated part was received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak. The particle size values were decreased by 2.16%( d10), 0.65%(d50), 1.22%(d90), and 1%{D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was increased by 1.27% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated sample was significantly increased by 41.32% compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was decreased; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 15.53% of the treated sample compared to the control sample. The results indicated that the Biofield Energy Treatment produced a new form of HP ?-CD, which may show better solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, bioavailability, and more thermal stability compared to the control sample. The treated sample would be more useful for the improvement of solubility of the lipophilic drugs, preparation of cholesterol free food products, weight loss supplements, etc.

An Investigation of the Consciousness Energy Healing Therapy on Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Silver Sulfadiazine

Abstract

Silver sulfadiazine is a topical sulfa drug antibiotic that is used by burn patients to prevent the bacterial infection. This study was aimed to analyze the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver sulfadiazine with the help of various analytical techniques. The silver sulfadiazine sample was divided into the control and treated parts; where, no Biofield Treatment was provided to the control part, while the treated part received the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The PXRD peak intensities and the crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -75.25% to 31.21% and -8.80% to 192.76% respectively, along with 64.06% increase in the average crystallite size of the treated sample than the control sample. The particle sizes were decreased by 1.60% (d10), 2.30% (d50), 2.06% (d90), and 4.40% [D (4,3)]; therefore, the surface area was increased by 2.61% in the treated sample in contrast to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and decomposition of the treated sample were significantly altered by -21.52% and 32.03%, respectively, compared to the control sample. Additionally, the total weight loss was reduced by 1.86%; however, the residue amount was increased by 2.88% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. Hence, the Biofield Treatment might be considered as a novel approach to generate a new polymorph of silver sulfadiazine that is more soluble, bioavailable, and thermally stable, which could be useful in designing a novel pharmaceutical formulation for the better therapeutic response against various type of bacterial disease.

Spectroscopic and Calorimetric Evaluation of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Lead

Abstract

Lead metal is used by humans since form prehistoric period for cosmetics, contraceptive, ornaments, glazes, glasses, enamels, writing material, currency, construction, lead-acid battery, etc. The study objective involves the spectroscopic and calorimetric evaluation of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treated lead powder sample using PXRD, PSA, and DSC analysis. The lead powder sample was divided into control and treated parts. The control sample did not expose to the Biofield Energy Treatment; however, the treated part of the lead sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values of the Dahryn’s Biofield Energy Treated lead powder sample were significantly increased by 3.05%(d10), 9.5%(d50), 13.34%(d90), and 11.11%{D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 6.25% compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated lead powder sample were significantly altered ranging from -16.09% to 104.65% and -36.56% to 15.79%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was increased by 4.62% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion was significantly increased by 6.92% in the treated lead powder sample compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be responsible for the generation of a new polymorphic form of lead which may show better powder flowability and thermally more stable compared with the untreated sample. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Treated lead powder would be very helpful to reduce the lead poisoning of the people long-term exposer with the industries manufacturing pipe, paint, food, mining, plastic, glass, chemical, and alloys. Effect of the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)

Abstract

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin, which increases the intestinal absorption of minerals (i.e., calcium, magnesium, etc.) and also helps in the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency diseases like rickets, osteoporosis, etc. This research was designed to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of cholecalciferol using the modern analytical technique. The cholecalciferol sample was divided into two parts. One part of the sample was considered as the control sample, while the other portion was subjected to the Biofield Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was termed as the treated sample. The powder XRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -71.04% to 85.29% and -58.83% to 712.16% respectively, whereas, the average crystallite size was significantly increased by 6.81% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The particle size values were significantly decreased by 76.95% (d10), 40.84% (d50), 17.44% (d90), and 34.30% [D (4,3)], thus, significantly increased the surface area by 152.23% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and the maximum thermal degradation temperature were increased by 5.60% and 8.5%, respectively in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The total weight loss was increased by 4.76%; however, the residue amount was significantly decreased by 75.1% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Healing Treatment generates a new polymorphic form of cholecalciferol which might offer better solubility, absorption, bioavailability, and thermal stability. The Biofield Energy Treated cholecalciferol would be more efficacious in the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic responses against rickets, osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, etc. It can also help to enhance the intestinal absorption of minerals like calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron, and phosphate.

Evaluation of the Effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the Physicochemical and Thermal Properties of Silver Oxide

Abstract

Silver oxide has many applications in the pharmaceuticals industry, but it is insoluble in many solvents and sensitive to light. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of silver oxide using modern analytical techniques. The silver oxide test sample was divided into two parts, one part of the test sample was considered as a control sample, whereas the other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and termed as a treated sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite size were significantly altered ranging from -37.33 to 17.89% and -63.23% to 230.12%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was significantly decreased by 18.13% in the treated silver oxide compared with the control sample. The particle size values were significantly decreased by 36.02%(d10), 26.15%(d50), 23.46%(d90), and 26.15%{D(4,3)}, respectively; therefore, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 61.94% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion of the treated silver oxide was significantly decreased by 43.29% compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was increased in the treated sample by 8.13% compared with the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment introduced a new polymorphic form of silver oxide which may show better solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, and bioavailability of silver oxide in the pharmaceutical formulations and advantageous for the industry using it as a raw material.

Abstract

Hydroxypropyl ?-Cyclodextrin (HPBCD) has many applications in the foods, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals industries. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical and thermal properties of HPBCD using modern analytical techniques. The HPBCD test sample was divided into two parts. One part did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment and was called as a control sample, whereas, the other part received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Alice Branton and was called as a treated sample. The particle size values of the treated HPBCD were decreased by 5.32%, 1.51%, 0.36%, and 1.12% at d10, d50, d90, and D (4,3), respectively compared with the control sample. Thus, the surface area of the treated HPBCD was significantly increased by 6.67% compared with the control sample. The evaporation and melting temperature of the treated HPBCD were increased by 4.76% and 1.92%, respectively compared with the control sample. However, the latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of fusion of the treated HPBCD were significantly decreased by 7.95% and 33.85%, respectively compared to the control sample. The total weight loss in the treated HPBCD sample was decreased by 1.83% compared with the control sample. But, the residue amount was 40.55% more in the case of the treated HPBCD compared to the control sample. The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment introduced a new form of HPBCD which may show better stability, solubility, dissolution rate, absorption, and bioavailability compared to the control sample. The treated would be more useful for the improvement of solubility of the lipophilic drug, stabilize volatile and unstable compounds, preparation of cholesterol free food products, weight loss supplements, and other anti-obesity medication, and also for the industry using it as a raw material.

Abstract

Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) is an FDA approved popular biodegradable copolymer, which has several applications in the pharmaceuticals and biomedical industries. But the degradation and stability of PLGA is a major problem. The objective of this research work was to evaluate the effect of the Trivedi Effect® -Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of PLGA using modern analytical techniques. The test sample was divided into control and treated parts. The control part of the test sample did not receive the Biofield Energy Treatment; whereas the other part of the sample received the Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a famous Biofield Energy Healer, Gopal Nayak and was known as a treated sample. The particle size values were significantly increased by 15.76% (d10), 15.73% (d50), 12.04% (d90), and 13.81% {D(4,3)}; hence, the specific surface area was significantly decreased by 12.45% in the treated sample compared to the control sample. The latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of fusion were altered by 1.05% and -55.13%, respectively in the treated PLGA compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly increased by 10.34%; however, the residue amount was 95.77% less in the treated PLGA sample compared to the control sample. From these results, it can be concluded that the Trivedi Effect® -Consciousness Energy Healing Treated PLGA may show better flowability, shape, and appearance compared with the control PLGA. The Biofield Energy Treated PLGA can provide better benefits for designing the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical formulations and manufacturing of biomedical devices, i.e., sutures, grafts, surgical sealant films, prosthetic devices, implants, micro, and nanoparticles.

Evaluation of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)

Abstract

The aim of the research work to evaluate the impact of the Consciousness Energy Treatment on the physicochemical and thermal properties of pyridoxine using the modern analytical technique. The sample was divided into control and treated part. Only the treated sample was received the Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle sizes were significantly decreased by 17% (d10), 6.2% (d50), 0.54% (d90), and 0.3% {D(4,3)}; thus, the specific surface area was significantly increased by 13.72% in the treated pyridoxine compared with the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes were significantly altered ranging from -40.45% to 154.76% and -57% to 51.33%, respectively; however, the average crystallite size was decreased by 6.52% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The heat requires to melt (fusion) the treated pyridoxine was increased by 3.82% compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 5.14%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 8.34% in the treated sample compared with the control sample.

Abstract

6-Mercaptopurine is a thiopurine-derivative antimetabolite, which is used for the treatment of cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and autoimmune diseases. The aim of this research work was to evaluate the impact of the Trivedi Effect® on the physicochemical, and thermal properties of 6-mercaptopurine using the modern analytical technique. 6-Mercaptopurine powder sample was divided into two parts. One part of the sample was considered as a control sample (no Biofield Energy Treatment was provided), whereas the other part was treated with Biofield Energy Treatment remotely by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and termed as a treated sample. The particle size values in the treated 6-mercaptopurine powder sample were significantly decreased by 5.72%(d10), 5.16%(d50), 3.75%(d90), and 4.54%{D(4,3)}; therefore, the specific surface area was increased by 4.76% compared to the control sample. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated powder sample were significantly altered ranging from-25% to 14.12% and-35.09% to 71.3%, respectively; whereas the average crystallite size was decreased by 2.77% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of evaporation and latent heat of fusion of the treated sample was significantly altered by 3.05% and-39.48% compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly increased by 9.72%; however, the residue amount was significantly decreased by 79.89% in the treated sample compared with the control sample. The maximum thermal degradation temperature of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd peaks of the treated sample was increased by 1.54%, 0.13%, and 5.56% compared with the control sample. From the results, it was concluded that the biofield energy treatment might have generated a new polymorphic form of 6-mercaptopurine which may offer better solubility, dissolution, absorption, and bioavailability compared with the control sample. The Biofield Energy Treated 6-mercaptopurine would be very useful to design better pharmaceutical formulations that might offer better therapeutic response against acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and autoimmune diseases.

Physicochemical and Thermal Analysis of the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Ofloxacin

Abstract

Ofloxacin is a synthetic fluoroquinolone broad-spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment of both Gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial infections. In this study, the impact of consciousness energy healing treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) on the physicochemical and thermal properties of ofloxacin powder sample was evaluated using modern analytical techniques. The ofloxacin was divided into control and the Biofield Energy Treated sample. Only the treated ofloxacin was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment remotely by a well-known Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. The particle size values in the treated ofloxacin powder were significantly increased by 10.96%(d10), 29.09%(d50), 14.03%(d90), and 12.48% {D(4,3)}; thus, the surface area was significantly decreased by 8.06% compared to the control ofloxacin. The PXRD peak intensities and crystallite sizes of the treated ofloxacin were significantly altered ranging from -70.76% to 4.73% and -70.36% to 314.81%, respectively; however, the average crystallite was significantly increased by 25.22% compared with the control sample. The latent heat of fusion and decomposition was significantly altered by 13.43% and -53%, respectively in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. The total weight loss was significantly decreased by 4.19%; however, the residue amount was significantly increased by 26.97% in the treated ofloxacin compared with the control sample. Thus, the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (the Trivedi Effect®) might lead to generate a new polymorphic form of ofloxacin with better shape, appearance, flowability, and thermally more stable compared to the control sample. The Consciousness Energy Healing Treated ofloxacin would be very useful to design novel pharmaceutical formulations for the better therapeutic response against urinary tract infections, infections of the urethra, and cervix, pneumonia, cellulitis, diarrhoea, bronchitis, plague, tuberculosis, prostatitis, and otitis media, etc.
