Regulation of Bone Health Parameters in MG-63 Cell Line After Treatment with Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3

Abstract

The present experiment aimed to explore the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. The test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test items received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Matthew Charles Hornung and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of both the sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability in tested samples was more than 88% on MG-63 cell line. ALP level was significantly increased by 273.3% (at 0.1 µg/mL), 694.1% (at 1 µg/mL), and 180% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 105.8% (at 1 µg/mL), 164.6% (at 0.1 µg/mL), and 193.8% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Bone mineralization percentage was significantly increased by 238.1%, 92.7%, and 43.1% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 297.6%, 86.2%, and 66.3% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 281%, 113%, and 47% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.

The Effect of Vitamin D3 on Bone Mineralization: Influence of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health. The test items (viz. vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Alan Joseph Balmer and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). ALP, collagen, and bone mineralization activities were performed to assess bone health in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The test samples (BT) were found as safe in the tested concentrations by MTT assay. ALP was significantly increased by 317.97%, 245.94%, and 247.97% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 10 µg/mL, while increased by 252.87% and 244.05% in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test item at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Further, the ALP level was significantly elevated by 149.41% and 175.17% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Collagen was significantly increased by 607.3%, 346.41%, and 197.61% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 31.98%, 54.87%, and 67.1% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Additionally, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 71.41%, 199.92%, and 32.60% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. The percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 28.29% and 25.59% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item group at 50 µg/mL, respectively compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Overall, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be a powerful alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone related problems including rickets, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, low bone density, bone, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3: Therapeutic Implication on Bone Health Using Osteoblasts Cells

Abstract

Calcium and vitamin D are the main constituents of bone health, while insufficient level leads to various diseases such as osteoporosis causing significant morbidity and mortality. The objective of the study is to investigate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters in MG-63 cells such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. Both the test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. Both the sample received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Mark E Stutheit and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability was more than 85% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 126.1% (at 50 µg/mL), 128.2% (at 50 µg/mL), and 173.7% (at 100 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 104.3% (at 10 µg/mL), 104.3% (at 50 µg/mL), and 97.4% (at 50 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. In addition, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 82.4%, 118.4%, and 202.4% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 158.8%, 197.4%, and 200% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 52.9%, 131.6%, and 235.7% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in maintaining the various clinical safety and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. It regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase (ALP), collagen, and bone mineralization in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The test items (vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Biofield Energy Treatment by Elizabeth Patric and those samples were denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were referred as the untreated test items (UT). The MTT cell viability assay revealed that the test samples were found as safe in the tested concentrations. The experimental results showed that the level of ALP was remarkably increased by 88.62% and 70.48% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item (UT-TI) and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Moreover, the collagen level was significantly increased by 252.59%, 50.55%, and 94.99% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-TI group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 120.90% and 72.66% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + UT-TI groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL, while 34.99% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Apart from this, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly enhanced by 127.13%, 225.12%, and 106.28% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Moreover, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 52.86%, 67.00%, and 23.62% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Additionally, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 46.57% and 51.36% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + UT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be an alternative approach for nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and able to fight against various bone-related disorders including rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, osteoporosis, osteoma, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, deformed bones, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Further, ALP level was significantly elevated by 76.71% in the BT-DMEM + UT-TI group at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 77%, 113.53%, and 98.00% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 128.05% and 132.10% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL; while increased by 76.31% in the BT-DMEM + UT-TI at 10 µg/mL compared to the untreated. Besides, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 82.43%, 158.97%, and 52.95% at 0.1 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively compared to the untreated. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 118.41%, 197.42%, and 116.94% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to the untreated. Further, bone mineralization was significantly increased by 202.34%, 200%, and 235.64% in the UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 10 µg/mL than untreated. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be an excellent alternative nutraceutical supplement for vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone-related disorders including osteoporosis, low bone density, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, rickets, osteomalacia, deformed bones, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and prevention, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Further, the ALP level was significantly elevated by 111.17% in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test item group at 100 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Collagen was significantly increased by 147.46%, 59.67%, and 35.36% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item group at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively compared to the untreated group. Moreover, the level of collagen was significantly increased by 89.88%, 86.42%, and 82.08% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL with respect to the untreated group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 365.76%, 80.10%, and 76.09% in the BT-DMEM + BT-Test item group at 0.1, 10, and 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Besides, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 59.30%, 30.69%, and 177.7% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. The percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 29.44%, and 45.51% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Overall, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was remarkably improved the bone health parameters and help to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone related problems including low bone density, osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, deformed bones, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and prevention, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Abstract

Bone disorders dramatically affecting the functional status of many individuals, which are suffering from bone diseases such as fractures, significant pain and height loss, disability to stand up, and walk. Vitamin D play an important role to improve the patients' quality of life with respect to bone disorders. The current study aimed to evaluate the potential of The Trivedi Effect®- Biofield Energy Healing on vitamin D3 and DMEM as test item (TI) on bone cell differentiation using human osteoblast cell line (MG-63, Osteosarcoma). Bone health biomarkers such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization were evaluated. The test items were treated with The Trivedi Effect® by Victoria Lee Vannes and divided as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) and untreated (UT) test items. Cell viability using MTT data showed that the test items were found to be safe. ALP level was significantly increased by 114.3%, 304.8%, and 314.3% at 0.1 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared to the untreated group. Collagen content was significantly increased by 82.5%, 138.4%, and 100.8% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, while 120.6% and 64.6% increased collagen at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group and 261.9%, 179.8%, and 116.0% increased collagen in BT-DMEM+BT-TI group at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 261.2% and 239.9% at 1 µg/mL UT-DMEM+BT-TI and BT-DMEM+UT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated group. However, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 324.5% at 50 µg/mL. Thus, Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role to control the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in many bone disorders. Moreover, the bone health parameters such as collagen, calcium and ALP were significantly improved and can be used as supplement to improve bone health. Based on the outstanding results, it is assumed that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 could be a powerful alternative dietary sources and supplements to fight against various bone related diseases including low bone density and osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, osteomalacia, bone and/or joint pain, increased frequency of fractures, deformed bones, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, hormonal imbalance, stress, aging, bone loss and fractures.

One part of each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Carola Marina Sand and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Various parameters were performed for the assessment of bone health such as ALP, collagen, and bone mineralization in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The cell viability (MTT) data showed that the test samples were found as safe in the tested concentrations. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 420.64%, 311.08%, and 532.17% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 1µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Further, the ALP level was significantly elevated by 213.69%, 135.46%, and 42.76% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 10µg/mL compared to the untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 228.22%, 185.40%, and 256.69% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 0.1µg/mL compared to the untreated. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 88.61% and 130.65% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 1µg/mL compared to the untreated. Besides, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 118.35%, 266.94%, and 118.25% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50µg/mL compared to the untreated. The percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 88.29%, 288.75%, and 86.25% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 100µg/mL compared to the untreated. Overall, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was tremendously improved the bone health parameters and it could be a powerful alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone-related disorders including osteoporosis, low bone density, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, rickets, osteomalacia, deformed bones, chondrodystrophia fetalis, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and prevention, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

The current study investigates the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters in vitro using MG-63 cells such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. The test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test samples received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Maire Anne Mayne and samples were defined as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability was more than 78% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 141.9% and 25% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, 144.6% (100 µg/mL) and 120.6% (1 µg/mL) increase in ALP activity in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI group, respectively as compared with the untreated group. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 58.7% and 72.6% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 39.7% and 101.6% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased collagen level by 117.5%, 163.5%, and 169.4% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 110.2%, 116.8%, and 81% at 10, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 148.8%, 180.1%, and 129.4% at 10, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 142%, 181.1%, and 113% at 10, 50, and 100 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. The experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in maintaining the various clinical safety and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. It regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.

Evaluation of Bone Mineral Density and Biochemical Parameters of Bone Metabolism after Treatment with Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3 in MG-63 Cells

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters. The test items (viz. vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each test item was received the Biofield Treatment by Jagdish Singh and those samples were labeled as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were denoted as Untreated Test Items (UT). ALP was significantly increased by 130.51%, 84.39%, and 67.51% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 1 µg/mL than UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Moreover, level of collagen was also significantly enhanced by 117.37% in BT-DMEM + UT-Test item at 100 µg/mL than untreated. Other parameter like collagen was significantly increased by 171.30%, 168.51%, and 110.48% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL as compared to untreated. Additionally, level of collagen also elevated by 88.49%, 280.08%, and 63.28% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively, at 100 µg/mL compared to untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 79.34%, 146.74%, and 162.76% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100µg/mL compared to untreated. Overall, Biofield Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be a powerful alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone related problems including rickets, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfect, bone fractures, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Abstract

The current study was established to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone cells development. The test items were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Jay Antony Prague and those samples were labeled as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were denoted as untreated test items (UT). MTT data showed test samples were found as safe in tested concentrations. ALP was significantly increased by 214.74%, 350.53%, and 536.32% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Further, ALP level was significantly elevated by 155.09% and 93.37% in BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 73.40%, 150.39%, and 133.59% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Moreover, level of collagen was significantly increased by 105.68%, and 72.76% in BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL with respect to untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 229.99%, 229.99%, and 200% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1µg/mL compared to untreated. Percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 137.27% and 142.17% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL, while increased by 78.29% and 96.71% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively as compared to untreated. Overall, Biofield energized vitamin D3 has a significant effect on bone health and able to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone-related problems.

Biofield Energy Healing Based Vitamin D3: An Improved Overall Bone Health Activity in MG-63 Cell Line

Abstract

The potential of The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing vitamin D3 and DMEM medium was investigated in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The Test Items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM were separated into two parts. Bone health parameters were tested such as Alkaline Phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. The Test Items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test samples received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Karen Byrnes Allen and samples were defined as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the Untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay exhibited increased cell viability more than 71% with safe and nontoxic profile among test samples on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by116.4% at 50µg/mL in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 35.6%, 81.2%, and 47.9% at 10, 50 and 100 ?g/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group. In addition, ALP level was increased by 42.3% and 90.6% at 10 and 50 ?g/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups as compared with the untreated group. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 10.5% and 110.1% at 0.1 and 1 ?g/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 22.6% and 190.6% at 0.1 and 1µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased collagen level by 140.6% and 39.9% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 128.7% at 50 ?g/mL, in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 34.1%, 154.7%, and 18.7% at 1, 10, and 50 ?g/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 105.7%, 78.1%, and 39.6% at 1, 10, and 50 ?g/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Thus, the study results concluded that The Trivedi Effect® Treatment would be the best alternative treatment for the maintenance of strong and healthy bones and quality of life. Further, it regulates the osteoblast function and improved the level of collagen, ALP, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse bone health conditions.

Abstract

The current research work was presented to evaluate impact of Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). Moreover, ALP was significantly elevated by 128.14%, 77.84%, and 62.28% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 286.67% and 340% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL, while increased by 134.08% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI at 10 µg/mL than untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was remarkably increased by 140.94%, 113.72%, and 129.87% at 1 µg/mL in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively, while increased by 187.91% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI at 0.1 µg/mL than untreated. Altogether, Biofield Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone growth and it could be able to fight against various bone-related disorders (osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, rickets, osteomalacia), autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

The level of ALP was significantly increased by 191.7% (0.1µg/mL), 127.8% (at 1µg/mL), and 136.1% (at 10µg/mL) in BT-DMEM+UT-TI, BT-DMEM+BT-TI, and UT-DMEM+BT-TI groups respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 267.9%, 128.9%, and 91.8% at 1, 10, and 50µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 169.6% at 1µg/mL in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group respectively as compared with the untreated group. Besides, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed an increased collagen value by 155.4% and 100% at 1 and 10 µg/mL respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 139.8%, 91%, and 44.7% at 0.1, 10, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 126.7%, 79.3%, and 67.5% at 0.1, 10, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 31.3%, 33.2%, and 152.5% at 0.1, 10, and 100µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Abstract

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the significant role of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters in vitro using MG-63 cells such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. The test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test samples received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Laura Nelson Streicher and samples were defined as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). MTT assay for cell viability showed that increased range 76% to 139% cell viability with safe and nontoxic profile of test samples on MG-63 cell line. ALP was significantly increased by 232.7% (1 µg/mL), 156.4% (100 µg/mL) and 262.5% (100 µg/mL) in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated group. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 145.8% and 151.6% at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 177.1%, 235.6%, and 165.3% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased collagen level by 252.1% at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group.The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 92.8%, 65.8%, and 32.2% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 76.8%, 132.5%, and 7.6% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 92.8%, 38.6%, and 12.3% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 120.7% and 93% at 1 and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 46.7%, 100.9%, and 29.2% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased collagen level by 60.9%, 93%, and 14.4% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 95.9% at 100 µg/mL in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 162% and 35.5% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 57% and 107.4% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group.T hus, the study results concluded that The Trivedi Effect Treatment would be the best alternative treatment for the maintenance of strong and healthy bones and quality of life. Abstract

Besides, percent of bone mineralization was significantly enhanced by 82.95% and 119.55% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10µg/mL than untreated. Moreover, it was significantly increased by 166.44% and 212.49% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 50µg/mL than untreated. It was also significantly increased by 104.44%, 100%, and 230.22% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 100µg/mL than untreated. Among three combination regimens, the Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM group was comparatively more improved the bone-related parameters and might be useful against various bone-related disorders (rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, Paget’s disease, chondrodystrophia fetalis), stress management, anti-aging, autoimmune and inflammatory disorders near future.

Collagen was significantly increased by 172.04%, 293.55%, and 248.39% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to untreated group. Moreover, collagen was significantly increased by 99.25% and 172.93% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 1µg/mL, while increased by 156.38% and 145.64% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL than untreated group. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 198.62%, 111.72%, and 168.28% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI, BT-DMEM + UT-TI, and BT-DMEM + BT-TI groups, respectively at 0.1µg/mL compared to untreated group. Overall, Biofield Treated vitamin D3 was remarkably improved the bone health parameters and could be beneficial against bone-related disorders (osteoporosis, osteomalacia etc.), stress, inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.

Abstract

Study the impact of Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) was investigated. The test items (TI), were distributed into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Julia Grace McCammon, and those samples were labeled as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were denoted as untreated test items (UT), where did not provide any types of treatment. Cell viability showed test samples were found as safe in tested concentrations. ALP was significantly increased by 210.4% and 221.6% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI respectively at 0.1 µg/mL, while increased by 207.9% in BT-DMEM+UT-TI compared to UT-DMEM+UT-TI. Collagen was significantly increased by 158.46%, 129.23%, and 138.46% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Moreover, level of collagen was significantly enhanced by 101.37%, 157.53%, and 176.71% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to untreated. Besides, the percent of bone mineralization was remarkably increased by 70.59% and 151.18% in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI respectively at 100 µg/mL, while increased by 117.17% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI at 1 µg/mL than untreated. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone cell growth-related parameters. It could be used as an alternative supplement for vitamin D3 deficiency on various bone-related disorders (osteoporosis, low bone density, Paget’s disease, rickets, osteomalacia), stress, aging, autoimmune, and inflammatory disorders.

Abstract

The objective of the current experiment was to evaluate the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing-based test items (Vitamin D3 and DMEM) on bone parameters. Both the TI were distributed into two individual parts. One part of each samples was received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Eileen Mary Meagher and those samples were labelled as the Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each samples were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability data showed more than 71% viable cells signifies a safe and nontoxic profile of test items on MG-63 cell line. ALP was significantly increased by 132.18% and 126.52% in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI, respectively at 50 µg/mL; while 139.06% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI compared to untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 172.76% at 1 µg/mL in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, while 89.65% in BT-DMEM+UT-TI at 10 µg/mL than untreated. Additionally, collagen was significantly increased by 111.2% in BT-DMEM+UT-TI at 50 µg/mL, while 113.16% in BT-DMEM+BT-TI at 100 µg/mL than untreated. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 206.21%, 168.74%, and 224.82% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared with the untreated. In addition, percent of bone mineralization data showed a significant increased by 190.63%, 181.07%, and 245.41% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI, respectively at 1 µg/mL than untreated. Moreover, at 10 µg/mL it was significantly increased by 129.44%, 111.76%, and 109.81% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI, respectively at 10 µg/mL with respect to untreated. Based on the study outcomes it emphasized that Biofield Energy Treatment could regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of autoimmune diseases.
